1. Do you offer rush or express shipping?
For USA orders we offer USPS Express delivery in 1-3 Days and UPS Next Day.
Please note, that these services sometimes require a signature upon delivery and to allow an additional fulfillment time of 3-5 business days.
Internationally we offer Express. This service varies from next-day to one week depending on location. Please account for customs/border delays when ordering.

2. I haven’t received a shipping notification, when will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 days for fulfillment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday and is closed all Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
You will receive an automated email with tracking information on the evening that your package is shipped.
3. International shipping information

International Orders ship from our warehouse. Unless otherwise specified or chosen your order will ship via UPS Priority Mail Innovations International with tracking included.

DUTIES/TAXES/TARIFFS – SOME COUNTRIES MAY HAVE EXTRA FEES FOR IMPORTED GOODS, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS AND ALL FEES WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. DIFF WILL NOT MARK YOUR PACKAGE AS “SAMPLE” OR “GIFT” TO AVOID THESE TAXES.
If an order is refused and returned to our warehouse, shipping costs are not refunded.
4.Tracking status shows “Delivered” but I don’t have my package!
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:
- Verify the shipping address for the order. We are not responsible if the address provided on the order was incorrect.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package. Check the bushes, front and back porch or other ‘hiding’ places your mail carrier may have put it.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.Check with neighbors.
- Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
- Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Contact your local USPS post office and request a tracer be placed on the order. This will tell them exactly where the order was delivered to and hopefully be able to retrieve it.
- If you haven’t received your package, and you have already started a claim with the postal carrier, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery. We’ll do everything we can to help.
5. USA Customer shipping information

USA Domestic Orders ship from our warehouse. Unless otherwise specified or chosen your order will ship via USPS First Class or equivalent with tracking included. We will email you tracking once it has been shipped.

Returns
1.Return/Exchange policy
We want you to love your Colonial Opticians glasses! If you are not satisfied with your purchase here is what you need to know:
- Non-prescription products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase, and prescription products are eligible for returns up to 14 days from receiving the product
- Items purchased on our clearance sale page are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Items must be unworn (a quick try on is fine of course), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
- The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable, and there will be a $9.99 restocking fee removed from your refund.
- Return items must be sent back within 10 days of initiating your return with the label provided.
- International returns: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the order. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges of equal or lesser value are free. We offer up to 2 exchanges. If unhappy with 2nd exchange we will offer a refund which will be subject to a $9.99 restocking fee.
- International exchanges are not offered.

2. Warranty
Our warranty extends to 1 year from the purchase date to cover manufacturing defects.
Lost items, or accidental damage such as scratches, stretching of the frames due to regular wear, breakage, or other misuses are NOT covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Upon approval, warranty claims are entitled to a one-time replacement for original items and are not considered an exchange.

– A detailed description of the manufacturer’s issue
– Send several photos clearly showing the defect along with the style SKU/number located on the inside of one of the temples

3.What if I received a damaged item?
We want to ensure that you get the highest quality designer sunglasses and if there are any issues with your order we are here to help, please contact us here.
4.What if my glasses do not fit perfectly straight?
We quality check our glasses before shipping them out to you, but it is possible that they can become unaligned due to heat at our warehouse or in transit. Not to worry! This can be easily resolved by taking your glasses to your local optical retailer to have them custom-tailored to your face in person. This is usually a quick and free service, but if they do charge a fee we would be happy to reimburse you up to $15 with a provided receipt.
